In the interests of transparency towards our customers, please note that our prices are on a sliding scale. They may vary depending on the cost of materials, as well as supply and demand. We operate on a cumulative tier system. In other words, you pay the price for the cards in each tier. Postage and packaging costs are added and calculated in your basket; these depend on the total weight and volume of the order. The price of each card also depends on its format, with slight variations depending on the finishes chosen.

Based on double-sided, 300g/m² poker-sized cards with square corners and a glossy finish. Prices are quoted in € inclusive of VAT (net prices; VAT not applicable under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code), excluding postage and any additional options or alternative formats.

FAQ

What is the maximum order size?

Current production capacity is 100,000 cards per month.

What type of paper is used for the cards?

140 g/m² double-sided glossy photo paper for 300 g/m² cards, and 190 g/m² for 350 g/m² cards. An 80 g/m² laminate is then applied to both sides to achieve a total weight of 300 or 350 g/m².

Is the paper recycled or FSC/PEFC-certified?

No, not at the moment.

What is the difference between a matt and a gloss finish?

The gloss finish offers vibrant colours, excellent rigidity and good resistance to splashes and UV light. However, it reflects light and is more prone to showing fingerprints. The matt finish produces softer colours and has a pleasant feel, with no glare or fingerprints.

I’m not sure about my files – what should I do?

Please send me an enquiry via the contact form: I’ll do my best to help you.

Where are the cards manufactured?

In my workshop in France, in Coulommiers-la-Tour, in the Loir-et-Cher (41).

How long does it take to produce the items after an order is placed?

Orders are processed in the order they are received, with no priority given to any particular order. The processing time is usually between 2 and 15 days.

How long does delivery take?

>Delivery is handled by La Poste: via ‘Lettre Verte’ for small orders (tracking is often only activated upon delivery O_o) and via ‘Colissimo’ for large orders (full tracking). You should generally allow between 48 hours and a week before you start to panic.

What do you do with my data?

Not much else apart from order processing, website traffic statistics and the occasional newsletter for those who’d like to receive one. You know me – I eat my cookies. Your image files are deleted once your order has been processed: there’s no need to take up space or use up resources. See the privacy policy for details.

Is the payment secure?

Yes, payments are processed by SumUp, which accepts credit cards (CB, Visa, Mastercard). No PayPal or other payment methods… but I do accept gold coins in person.

Do you produce holographic or foil cards?

Not yet, but it’s planned for the very near future.

Do you stock Black Core / Blue Core paper for ‘ TCG ’ cards?

No. But a 350 g/m² glossy card printed on both sides remains opaque: you cannot see through it.

Do you deliver outside France?

Yes, to all countries in the European Union and Switzerland. Delivery times are, however, longer for these destinations. Please note that customs duties and customs checks may apply for Switzerland. We will complete the necessary customs declaration when dispatching the goods, but any associated costs will be at your expense.
